Order#: TRE723016. E-mail with confusing information and something possibly wrong with charges
I did online order today for 3 trips in July 2016 which were not confirmed in webside, ended as "error in booking" or something like that after credit card details were entered and booking confirmed. Trips I entered:
1) from Milano Centrale to Peschiera del Garda;
2) from Peschiera del Garda to Venezia Mestre;
3) from Venezia Mestre to Milano Centrale.
All for 3 persons - 2 adults and 1 child.
In 1st mail I recieved there was reflected only first trip (Milano to Garda), in same time amount in USD was 3 times higher: was not +/- 160 $ as it was in moment of ordering for all 3 trips but much higher or 493 USD. On next mail I was invited to confirm the order.
Could you please check before I confirm the order: what is in my order - all 3 trips?
Also could charges be checked - there should be around around 160 USD not 493 USD?
