Attempted to buy tickets but an error appeared. Nevertheless, the credit card was charged
I recently attempted to buy 4 tickets from Roma Termini to Firenze Santa Maria Novella for July 9th. After I entered the credit card information and proceeded to checkout an error message such as “Invalid information" appeared. Despite this error, the cost of the tickets was charged to the credit card. I did not receive the tickets.
