Hi,
You will need to purchase a new ticket from Milano Centrale to Malpensa Airport.
We can't change stations on a ticket.

I understand. If I don't change the stations, can I change the time of the ticket to an ealier time? For example leave Rome around 7am?

Hi,
You can't change the time as you purchased a not changeable fare. You would need to purchase a new ticket for the new time.
