Transaction failed, and no email was received, but card shows pending charge
My initial transaction failed, and I have not received a confirmation email. However, my account shows a pending charge for my booking. Additionally, I am unable to complete another booking; I receive an error code. Surname for the booking is Algazy. Email for the booking is rebecca.algazy @ gmail.com
Please advise how I can proceed, I would very much like to book my train reservations.
