Unable to receive confirmation, has my debit card been charged or not?
I received an email saying ItaliaRail was unable to complete my reservation, however it did not tell me that my card has not been charged so I assume my card has been charged.
In this case, why was the reservation not completed? My reference order is ITE208187
If the card was not charged, I will rebook the train.
