After booking a ticket we got an email stating our order wasnt processed and card not charged, but card is charged
Last night i booked tickets from Rome to nice for 12th June using email account email@example.com. I received an email from you stating that our booking wasnt completed and our card hasnt been charged $318 but after checking with the bank today our card has in fact been charged with $318 USD. The booking reference number is TRE691907.
Please could you either cancel this payment so we can book again or confirm our tickets.
