I ordered my ticket from Brescia to Milan 1339, 16th March on 9th March, in USD using the email address email@example.com
I have now checked my credit card statement (AMEX) and it has been charged, yet I have no e-ticket, only a webpage saying the order is complete.
I will have access to my email on Monday morning (GMT) between 0900 and 1000 before I leave for travel. That is the last oppertunity I have to print my ticket, before I am travelling and will have no further access.
If I do not get my ticket by then I will be instructing AMEX to recover the losses as my company will not be paying for a ticket I never received. I hope this will not need to happen and we can get this sorted.
Alternatively you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and I can collect that email at home over the weekend.
