The only option that we have is to cancel the ticket for all 3 passengers, and rebook for the 2 passengers who will be travelling. The original ticket is subject to a cancel fee of 30% of the ticket price. We can apply the refund to the cost of the new ticket, and then we will either refund the remainder of the refund back to the card used originally, or will charge the additional cost to the card on file. Please let us know if this is okay to do.

If that's the case, I will not cancel the ticket,
because I will only be able to receive less than 10 bucks (135.80-128.00=10) as a refund, after puchasing a new ticket for 2 passengers.
I don't think it's worth going through all the hassle of refunding....
