A few minutes ago I was booking a ticket online, went on to selection and enter credit card details.
then prompted to place order i selected and it diverted back to below : Fare is no longer available , but I received a purchase notification from my credit card!!! What happens in this case? I did not receive any order or ticket confirmation by email. I do not have a confirmation number.
I then went back on line to book again and got to place a order, received confirmation of booking and notification on my credit.
Can you please confirm that the 1st transaction will actually be voided?
