I am unable to locate an order under the name given.
If the order could not process, then most likely what you are seeing is a preauthorization that will drop off your account.
Can you please provide the email address used when booking, so I can check the system again to be sure there are no orders?
Also, was this booking attempt made on Italiarail.com or Trenitalia.com?
