Booked tickets once but was charged twice.
Tired to book tickets once, it didn't go through but was charged.
Booked a second time which went through and was charged a second time.
Called my credit card company which said that the first charge was attempted to be reversed but it didn't go through. Would like a refund for the first charge please.
