Thank you for your email. While you don't indicate times you want to travel, I have chosen trains with departure times between 0900-1000 in order to give you an idea of the fares. With the city to city tickets, I am giving you 2 different fare bases. The Normal fare base is the most flexible in that it can be changed up to 24 hours prior to the original trains departure time with a $20 change fee, and can be cancelled, again up to 24 hours prior to the trains departure time with a 70% refund of the ticket price. The economy fare base, while less expensive, is not able to be changed, cancelled or refunded once the ticket is confirmed.
From Rome>Florence on 03May, 1005-1136 I have a normal fare base, 1st class of $171 and the economy fare base, 1st class of $117
From Florence>Venice on 05May, 1015-1220, I have a normal fare base, 1st class of $171 and an economy fare base, 1st class of $106
From Venice>Salerno, via Rome on 07May, Venice>Rome 0925-1305 and Rome>Salerno 1345-1544 I have a fare of $295 + $168, normal fare base 1st class and a fare of $216 + $106 economy fare base 1st class.
From Salerno>Rome on 10May 0957-1155, I have a normal fare base, 1st class of $168, and an economy fare base, 1st class of $125.
These fares are based on 2 adults traveling and includes the mandatory seat reservations.
If you purchase a rail pass, the 4 day 1st class saver pass is $272 per person, plus you will need to add $70 per person for the mandatory seat reservations. The seat reservations alone are not changeable or refundable, although you can change trains you will not receive a refund on the original cost of the reservations.
If you choose to purchase the pass, you will need to purchase it soon as we have to ship the pass itself to you which normally takes 3-5 business days. The shipping fee may vary between $10-$30 depending on where we are shipping the pass to. With the tickets or the reservations if you purchase the passes, these will be emailed to you to print out and take with you to give to the conductor when you board the trains.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
