Transaction failed but credit card charged
while booking my tickets i got a transaction failed message. However my credit card was charged. I have rebooked my tickets. and my credit card has again been charged for the new tickets. How do i get my money back for the failed transaction. I got a mail from italia rail saying my credit card has not been charged. But I have received a message from the credit card company saying the amount has been charged to my account. Kindly inform me as how to get my money back for the failed transaction.
