How long does it take for an e-mail confirmation? I travel tomorrow.
I purchased a ticket online today through Italiatrain.com for a ticket for January 26, 2016, from Padova to Firenze, TRENO #9451, departing Padova @ 18:53 and arriving at Firenze @ 20:30. I still don't have a confirmation e-mail. I used my Italiapass # 36FF751CDF86. I checked my credit card online and it says the ticket was charged ($36.99 / 34 Euro). How can I get the confirmation code? My e-mail is email@example.com
I purchased four tickets on January 13, 2016 which I have already received. The reason I had to purchase this extra ticket today is because I misread the time on the first ticket. It was 07:53 depart and 09:30 arrival and I needed 19:53 depart and 21:30 arrival.
