How long does it take for an e-mail confirmation?
I bought a ticket online through Italiatrain.com for a ticket for January 26, 2016, from Padova to Firenze, TRENO #9451, departing Padova @ 18:53 and arriving at Firenze @ 20:30. I still don't have a confirmation e-mail. I used my Italiapass # 36FF751CDF86. I checked my credit card online and it says the ticket was charged ($36.99 / 34 Euro). How can I get the confirmation code?
