Tickets booked online, credit card debited but no e-tickets
On Dec 25, I have made reservation for a return trip from Milan to Varenna on Dec 29. The order was processed and showed as successful. My credit card was debited. The website said that I should receive an email with the confirmation and tickets but so far nothing was received. The email I used was: email@example.com
Can you please help me as the trip is in 2 days!
