I am very sorry to hear of your experience and stolen luggage.
However, we are just a U.S based ticket vendor for the train line, Trenitalia, and do not work with, or know, the staff that works directly at the train stations, and have no way to assist with lost or stolen luggage in Italy, as we are located in the U.S.
I would suggest contacting the train line directly, again I am very sorry for your poor experience in Italy.
