I have found your order ITE199263 in pending status, it appears as if it timed out and Trenitalia did not confirm
any trains nor did the system collect any credit card details, you should have received an automatic email
advising the order did not process.
You may rebook if you wish, I'm not sure why it got held up as I am not seeing any error codes
