Wrong email address
I have ordered a ticket from Rome to Milan with the train number 9626 on 11/12/15 at 12 for twice with the same passenger(Mr HeYunpeng), due to the first time I have inputed a wrong email address(firstname.lastname@example.org),but the correct one is email@example.com .So the first time I have not received the "Sipax PNR". But actually I have paid successfully for twice. Could you kindly handle the refund for the first order which has provide the wrong email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
