No email confirmation
Two tickets are booked for 30Dec15 from Venezia S Lucia to Milano Centrale by train no 9078 under passenger name Yuen Kai Lung.
After the online payment that transaction is successful and confirmed by bank, there is no confirmation email or order PNR shown.
May i know that can you help to check back for the PNR and send the confirmation back？
