No email recieved ...
Two tickets were booked, for a trip dated on 03 Feb. 2016, the route is from Roma Termini to Venezia S. Lucia at train FRECCIAROSSA 9418. Although payment was completed but I did not recieve any tickets via my email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Note at completion of purchsing a note with the following statment was displayed:
"Error code: 900 The ticket was purchased with sucess. There was a problem with other services resevartion, please contact customer service"
