Unfortunately, Trenitalia could not confirm your ticket, the system released the order because
the train line could not confirm the reservation and any pending charge on your credit card will drop off.
What is more unfortunate is you shoudl have received an email advising that the order did not confirm
which is generated automatically and I am not seeing one having been generated and I apologize for that.
I can try to rebook for you but I'm under an extremely tight time frame and I am not even sure if I will be able to get it confirmed
as we normally cannot book this close to a departure time. I would need to be able to contact
you and I would need the Credit card information again or you can just purhcase the ticket at the train station
