I've booked the train ticket from Rome to Florence and the order was set. However I didn't received the ticket in the mailbox and I wondered whether it's successful or not. Also I can't see the payment list from my credit card. Can you help to check?
My order number is ITE105592.

I'm sorry no the order is in pending status the credit card declined, we can either retry the card or you may cancel and rebook and nothing is currently being held at this time
I found my card credit have exceeded and the card cannot be used until 20th this month.
So, if you retry this card, is it possible that you try it after that, while before 20th, keep the price and my order?
Or, can i change a card for this order and you can retry it, to make it easier?
At last, if either cannot work and I have to cancel and book, do I have to pay for the panelty? If I don't have to, i prefer cancel and rebook.
