I cannot get Italiapass password to work. I have reset it twice but it will not enable me to use my membership.
i Have had consistent problems since I registered for Italiapass. Despite resetting my password now on several occasions I cannot get into the website or make any use of the benefits of italiapass which is a ridiculous situation and I require support to rectify the position please. I have purchased rail tickets for which I should not have had to pay the process fee but have had to do so. This needs to be sorted out.
