I did not receive a confirmation email
I did not receive an email confirmation for my recent purchase. I also did not receive an order #. I purchased two train tickets from Venezia to Firenze on October 25th, train #9451. I have a copy of the Order Confirmation page, but no booking #. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. Please resend confirmation email.
