Please help, I haven't received and order confirmation email with the ticket even though my credit card was charged

Yesterday I tried twice booking a first class trip from Rome to Firenze departing at 7:50 am arriving at 9:22 am on Sunday Oct 25, for $29 Euros plus the $3.5 service fee. In both tries the order didn't process sending an error message that asked me to put again my credit card info, nevertheless I was charged to my credit card and then reimbursed by your system.
Today at 1:52 pm (México's time) I tried again booking the same first class trip at the same cost and schedule and now the order did go through, and the Order confirmation screen was displayed stating I was going to receive an email confirmation with the ticket. Now it's 6:22 pm (five hours later) and I haven't received that email confirmation with the ticket, and my credit card has already been charged again. Please help me sending me the confirmation email with the ticket. This order was processed with the email: email@example.com
