Credit Card debited before order finalised
I just tried booking tickets from Milan to Varenna on 24 October 2015, returning on 26 October 2015. However, after I keyed in the credit card information, I tried to edit the itinerary one more time before it was finalised as I had picked the wrong train. However, my credit card was already debited with the amount even though I had not finalised the tickets. I also did not receive an order confirmation.
