I have my PNR code but requires a CP code which I don't have. Customer Service said no printing required
Today I went to collect my train tickets with my PNR code and a CP was asked which I don't have. When I asked at Customer Servie the lady in there told me I do not require to print anything and it will be fine with my online reservation. While reading on the QA blog, it says that I MUST print these tickets... I don't understand what to do now...
