Cannot proceed with buying tickets

When checking times and prices, I choose the tickets I want and a box comes up asking for names of passengers. When I type in the names, the box does not go away and I cannot click anywhere else on the page or proceed to purchase. Please advise.

What tickets are you trying to purchase? I would need that information to give you a
complete answer.
