Unable to activate our ItaliaPass membership
I purchased three first class rail tickets and an ItaliaPass membership on July 26 to be used on Sept. 1. For some reason I can't activate the ItaliaPass membeship. I've tried several times and I've sent to messages via your website but have yet to hear from anyone. We are leaving in a few days and I would like to purchase some event tickets but can't seem to do so without membership activation.
