Payment has gone off twice on credit card?
We were booking a train from Venice to Milan and after proceeding to the review part we realised that we had entered the incorrect contact number. We then pressed edit and changed it but the payment then went off twice on the credit card.
Please be so kind as to email me on email@example.com as to why this happened and how we can get out money back for the second transaction.
