Beth-you responsded to my query which was "On June 28 2015, I bought 2 adult tickets from Fireenze to Santa margherita ligure-Portofino on July 23rd for trains 23361 and 34244, my email was email@example.com, but I have not received an email confirming them. The same is true for tickets I purhcased on June 28 for the train from santa margherita to firenze on train 657 andtrain 3116."

The port blocking issue that you mentioned might be the cuase seems odd in that I booked an additional ticketon July 11 for trains 670 and 3117 for three adults and I received that confirm at email@example.com address.
