Charged for two tickets but did not receive them.
Sorry to cause problems - it was on my side.... The bank originally declined the purchase. I got that straightened out and had planned on getting back into the site tonight to try the purchase again. However to my surprise, I received an invoice from ItaliaRail for the tickets but the only item on the invoice is the service charge. It still shows as pending on my credit card statement - so I don't know if this is a mistake or not. I still need the tickets, but I don't want to be billed twice.

Was trying to book two adult tickets (with bed) from Firenze to Vienna on the overnight train departing 15 July. I don't remember what type of ticket - the SMART fares were shown even though we were inside the 14 days. I think that was what I'd selected but I when I search for the same train, it's telling me there are no trains from Firenze to Vienna so I can't conifrm the rates.
Please let me know what I should do next.
