Money taken twice, and no confirmed email of tickets booked?
I was booking tickets yesterday #2391 Roma to Napoli on 15.07.2015. I think it was the 11.26 train... After I entered my details for payment, and hit continue I rec'd an error msg "502 Gateway error". I went back to do it again, and then again, hit continue and the same error message was rec'd. I checked by bank account, and TWO payments are pending on my banking online, but I have not rec'd any confirmation that the tickets are booked. I contacted the email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and spoke to a customer service rep, who advised she could find nothing under my email address? This morning I re'cd an email to say "Please contact us at 8773757245 and reference order ITE186034 so we can complete your order and confirm your reservations." Can you please check if there is a payment against this, as I really need to book the train, but cannot have the payment deducted a 3rd time!
