I have had tickets ordered for a few weeks now and they have not been delivered. THey must be here by Friday.
I inquired about this previously and got this response last week: "The order number you provided was cancelled. The correct order number is TRE 577916. The pass was missed in the printing queue. I will have it printed tomorrow and shipped tomorrow as well. We will refund you the shipping cost. Karen" They have still not arrived and I have no idea other alternatives to receive them past Friday this week. Do you have a solution, such as picking them up at the train station in Rome?
