How to request a refund for an online ticket due to strike 7thJune 2015
We purchased tickets online (PNR F6N6DN). Our travel date was 7thJune2015 on intercity train 665. The amount was charged to our credit card for 27.00 Euro. The tickets were from Venice S. Lucia to Milan, then continuing from Milan to LaSpezia. We completed our travel from Venice to Milan, then discovered the train strike caused the cancellation of our train to La Spezia. Since the tickets were purchased online, we were told the refund had to be done online. We purchased additional tickets from Milan to Rome & exited the train in LaSpezia. I have tried to complete the refund request on the Trenitalia website with out success. Can you please help me with this refund? Thank you very much.
