I booked tickets and received an email asking me to confirm because my reservation was unconfirmed
I booked tickets from Venise to Milan and i received an email telling me this:
I am processing orders and your ticket has come in as pending unconfirmed, Which means your card
was charged however your PNR was never confirmed, I can certainly rebook for you (Your card will not be charged again) and send you the
confirmation unless you have already done so or I can refund your credit card, Please advise how you
would like me to proceed.
I answered that i wanted the rebooking option and three days later the same email was sent to me and still no PNR
What can I dO?
