My ticket purhcase got failed, but i received a bill for 93EUR. Help me to reverse the billing please?
Hi, I am a tourist traveling to Rome. I made a booking on italiarail.com. After confirming the purchase along with entering my card details, the page went blank. Since i did not receive any intimation, i tried to do the booking again. This time, the website directed to a new page: new.italiarail.com. I guessed this was the new website and the same fares were not available.
after a bit of due diligance, i decided to book through the new website and paid 133 EUR for the same journey
When i received the bill, i received two bills one for 93 EUR (the first attempt which did not send me any tickets / details) and the second one which sent me the tickets and the rail pass.
please help me by reversing the 93 EUR.
