Website failure, two tickets booked
I attempted to book two tickets from Roma to Firenze for 17th June. The website dropped my connection after payment, and did not give me a confirmation page or ticket reference number. I waited for an email for nearly an hour, but did not get one. Therefore I booked again. This time it was successful, and I got a PNR number of TWFBA5 and order number of TRE582853. However, after another hour, I received a confirmation of my original order for the same journey, PNR TV5NQ5, order number TRE582846. I would like to cancel the first order, TRE582846. I realise the fare is not refundable, as it says on the email. However, due to a failure of the website and 2 hour delay in sending confirmation I could not have known the original order had been successful. Please can you help?
