Booking not confirmed but payment taken from credit card
I booked three train tickets tonight for 2 adults totalling £170 but there was a problem during the payment process and I received no confirmation after the payment process or via email. I have spoken to my credit card company who have said payment was taken from my card.
Can anyone help me as I'm travelling to Italy this Saturday and i need the ticket numbers to travel.
Can I please be sent a confirmation email.
