I booked multiple trips yesterday but never received a confirmation (nor PNR). Help please!
I booked a trip to Pisa from Florence SMN and a trip from Pisa to Florence SMN for today (1st June 2015). I also booked a trip from Florence SMN to Milano (2nd June 2015) and finally Milano to Venice (4th June 2015.
I never received the confirmation email and yet the email address was correct on the order confirmation (I saved it as a PDF just in case) and the funds have been taken out of my bank account.
I had to pay seperately for my travel to & from Pisa today so clearly that was a waste of money. I need to find out urgently what has happened though as I need to travel from Florence to Milan tomorrow.
Please help either with a refund of monies or the PNR so that I can travel on the Milan and Venice trips.
