We have been charged more on our credit card than quoted and stated on our invoice
I have booked our train travel for our upcoming trip through your website and our invoice states that we have been charged in AU however the charges that have come through on our credit card statement are much higher.
For example: AU $61 has been charged at $78.93 and two charges of AU$70 have been charged at $90.58.
Can you please explain how I can go about getting reimbursed for the over charge?
