What is the process for doing a cancelation
Please go ahead and cancel it
I have canceled the ticket per your request, and have refunded your credit card less the cancelation penalty.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
I have also sent a confirmation email about the cancelation to the email address in the order.
