Did not receive email confirmation but credit card was charged and screen went blank. Do I have tickets?
I just booked four tickets Venice to Rome, on 31st July 2015, lead passenger Turrubiartes Ramirez. Card was charged, but screen went blank and I did not receive an email. Can you please advise on what to do?
