I am very disappointed to say the least not to have received satisfactory answers to my questions about the booking I made on April 26. I booked 2x tickets economy first class from Venice to Florence on May 5, 2015 on the 14.25 train and also 2x economy first class tickets from Florence to Rome on May 7,2015 on the 14.38 train. As yet I have received no confirmation that this booking has been accepted - merely a query as to what currency I booked in and what is mynemail address. I have supplied this information but no reply received. It seems the cheaper first class economy tickets for these two trains are now sold out. Perhaps you will be good enough to tell me what is happening with my booking, even if it just to say it has not been received. At least this would enable me to make another booking via a different source. I find the quality of your service very unacceptable and would consider making a complaint to a higher authority if it is not resolved immediately. Please respond.
I have not received an response to my request, as you can see by the line of the questions my last request was asking for the information, I have not received any other information, I cannot look for something without knowing where to look or what to look for
I will send this information for a third time. My email address is firstname.lastname@example.org and the booking was made in pounds sterling. Please advise urgently
I have checked under GBP and cannot find a pending, declined, or confirmed order under Harrison or under this email address
Does that mean the order was not received and I can rebook?
Yes, I do not see any orders and I am assuming you have checked your credit card statement to make sure nothing was charged, I see no orders at all under your last name or email
