I tried to make a booking yesterday and was informed that it was pending due to an issue with my credit card, the order number is ITR156917. I was contacted by Lyn who asked for me CVV which I provided. This morning I received an email from Kathy, informing me my booking has been confirmed.
However I have recieved 5 separate emails confirming bookings of my various journeys when I only booked 3, it seems as if I have been charged twice for 2 of the bookings. My pending transaction reciept which I saved only states 3 journeys.
I also paid for an ItaliaPass which I haven't received any information about.
Is someone able to contact me to confirm what is going on with my bookings.
