how to cancel when the order status has not confirmed yet
Hello, I would like to ask if I could cancel my order that has been indicated with the status 'not confirmed'? This is because when I was trying to proceed my payment just now, I was informed that my credit card details might be wrong but I've checked over and over again, it doesn't seem to be have a problem with the credit card detail. Consequently, i think it could be the problem about exceeding cash limit. Therefore, can I cancel my order first before checking if it is the problem about the cash limit? I just wanted to prevent everything from being confused.
