How can I get a receipt of my payment?
I just bought tickets from venezia mestre to Firenze S. M. Novella. In fact, I tried twice using my debit card since it said it didn't work for the first time. The second time didn't work either. However, I was charged (I am not sure if once or twice). Someone from Italia Rail contacted me with the following email:
I am processing orders and your ticket has come in as pending unconfirmed, Which means your card
was charged however your PNR was never confirmed, I can certainly rebook for you (Your card will not be charged again) and send you the
confirmation unless you have already done so or I can refund your credit card, Please advise how you
would like me to proceed.
I received my Ticket Number (PNR) which is U7Z4H5 but no receipt. And I would like also to know how many times I was charged. My email is: email@example.com .
