Thank you for your email. I attempted to call you several times and just got a busy signal. The ticket from Florence>Venice was booked at the economy fare base. This means that the ticket cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded. The only option you have is to rebook a new ticket. Once you do that, we can email you a refund application form that you can print out, fill out, and mail to the address on the form. This in no way guarantees that TrenItalia will authorize or issue any type of refund, and please keep in mind that it can take 8+ months for them to even respond to you.
