I booked tickets online, but did not receive any email confirmation
To Whom it May Concern,
I booked some train tickets online today, but like other customers, I did not receive any email confirmations and/or any information regarding my order. Would you please let me know the status of my order and please resend the PNR/confirmations to my email on file at your earliest convenience?
